Our Impact in Matrouh
Our journey in Matrouh started on the road.
Before there was a clinic, IBF sent mobile medical convoys to reach remote communities in Siwa, Marsa Matrouh, and El-Dabaa, where families struggled to access continuous care.
Over two years, and through a strong partnership between IBF and Apache Egypt, these convoys and mobile clinic days grew into something bigger: a decision to move from temporary support to a permanent, specialized clinic serving Matrouh all year round.
On 25 October 2025, we opened the IBF Matrouh Specialized Clinic – turning a humanitarian response into a long-term health presence for thousands of families in one of Egypt’s most distant governorates.
